I favor strong sativas, old school hash and loose kief, which getgreen consistently stocks enough quality options at reasonable prices. I just want to share an amazing story about why I’ve been a loyal Get Green customer for over two years.

Earlier this week, I placed a regular order for three separate items. For the first time in more than two years, one item was accidentally forgotten—my THC diamonds. No big deal at all. I simply texted the driver, who apologized and said he would bring them out as soon as possible. About 45 minutes later, the missing item arrived, along with a free gram of hash. Mistakes happen, and as far as I was concerned, everyone was happy.

Then, two days later, I noticed I had accumulated some points through your rewards program, so I decided it was finally time to use them. I placed another order, added a couple of items using my points, and waited for my delivery.

As usual, my order arrived within a couple of hours. I opened the package—and honestly, I just stood there staring at it. There was substantially more than I had ordered, on top of everything else.

I checked my order. I checked the package. Then I checked them both again! 😂 I genuinely felt like a kid on Christmas morning.

I wasn’t even sure if it was intentional, so I hesitated to say anything. But there was absolutely no way I could let such an incredibly generous gesture go unrecognized.

After more than two years of dealing with Get Green, I can honestly say this is exactly why I keep coming back. You guys treat your customers like actual people, not just transactions.

Businesses can do a thousand things right and never hear a word, while one tiny mistake can bring a mountain of complaints. So I wanted to take a moment to tell you how genuinely impressed, grateful, and appreciative I am.

I honestly can’t imagine why anyone would shop anywhere else.
